Designed to be flexible, it is suitable for any organisation providing care at off-site locations, including domiciliary care, supported living, extra care and nursing agencies.
The system records both contract and care information for any service user and schedules appropriate carers to perform visits from a contract or on an ad-hoc basis.
care-Log HomeCare can invoice individual or multiple contractors and/or service users directly, holds needs and risk assessments, medication information and provides care plan management with follow-up actions automatically highlighted to the operator. The software can also export invoice data to third-party accounting software for debt collection.

Carer visit hours can be accepted from manually-submitted timesheets or electronic attendance records and automatically compared against the rota schedule.
Electronic attendance records can be submitted from any telephone-based system. Alternatively care-Log HomeCare is fully integrated with easyLog’s own off-line a-Log and real-time ar-Log systems for recording care visits without using the client’s own telephone.
