Our range of products has been designed and developed entirely from listening to our customers' needs. This means that our clients use software products that match their real world needs, are highly intuitive and therefore allow them to implement rapidly with a minimal level of IT skills.
Because of the consultative process that we use to detail the functionality required within
our software, our clients enjoy an open and highly cooperative relationship with us as their supplier.
Our customers can select from an extensive list of services as their needs change over the lifetime of our relationship with them. A software or hardware support contract is not mandatory with easyLog. We believe that a client should be able to choose if such an arrangement adds value to their own organisation given their in-house IT skills and need for functional upgrades to the software they originally purchased. easyLog therefore offers ad-hoc as well as annual maintenance arrangements.
In addition to on-going product support through telephone, e-mail or on-site visit, easyLog provides installation, implementation, project management, training and bespoke software development services.
