If clocking
terminals are used, e-Log+S enables a full comparative analysis between scheduled hours and actual attendance, with complete error
checking and correction together with payroll breakdown and data export.
The product has been specifically designed for organisations that have long hours of operation, employ a high percentage of part time staff and have very flexible patterns of working.
Starting from a blank sheet, any regular shifts, rotational work patterns or agreed contracted hours are automatically placed
onto the rota. Then e-Log+S takes the headache out of filling the roster gaps! It highlights periods of under and over cover for each
job function by automatic comparison against defined staffing needs and shows employees available to work. Staff can be placed on
the roster against a standard shift, modified ‘standard’ shift or manually entered hours specifically set for an individual employee
for a particular day or longer period by simple use of the mouse and ‘drawing’ their hours of work on a weekly grid. In this way,
