You simply then have to decide if you want to view the attendance data automatically (in realtime) or if it is acceptable to collect and review the attendance information on a regular basis (off-line system). Most importantly the choice is yours and you can mix the options we provide.
The different hardware options available to you are all linked to the a-Log software. This application collects the attendance data and then provides a huge range of reporting options by site, by employee and by date range. Standard reports include average attendance by employee at any site visited, total attendance time at a client site, sites not visted over any period, variance against budget and much more.

Attendance monitoring and recording
The monitoring and recording of time spent by a group of cleaners at an individual client site(s) and also of individual cleaners that visit a number of external locations.
Attendance monitoring with a-Log
If you simply wish to electronically record attendance times at various locations that are regularly visited by employees then our a-Log system offers a reliable and low cost solution to your needs. The a-Log system works with a variety of electronic hardware to suit your cleaning contracts.
Our CleanQM-Log solution allows you to define your own estimating cost templates so that costs are objective and accurate. The system also has a powerful monitoring tool that enables you to define an inspection routine per property. The software has been integrated with palmtop computers to offer complete mobility and access to information.
Cleaning cost estimation and quality management with CleanQM-Log
A user definable estimation tool that enables the calculation of cleaning time and cost in any location and provides a definable Quality Assessment module to diarise and objectively assess the service quality provided to each client.
For example you may have a client with a large building where several of your cleaners attend. Some of these cleaners may only work at this site and only be employed for a small number of hours in a week. Alternatively you may have full time staff that visit several client sites in any period. No problem!
The different hardware options available mean that you can always implement the most cost effective solution to your contract environment. A low cost tag is given to the part time cleaner and they register their attendance at the site by touching this tag to an electronic recording terminal. For the cleaner visiting multiple sites they are given a handheld device which they touch against a low cost location identifier installed at each site they visit.
Employee payroll analysis with CM-Log
CM-Log automatically converts the electronically recorded attendance times from each cleaner to produce a fast and accurate payroll analysis of pay rates to be paid for working at different locations on different days and times of the week and in different job functions.
Notification can also be defined for client recharge of costs incurred outside of contracted hours.
