Care home and care record management - care-Log+ - price guide
The care-Log+ module for care home record management is priced according to the number of active, or current, resident records that are held in the software. Customers simply pay the difference between the service user licence bands as the number of clients that they care for increases.
easyLog has implemented this pricing model so that the system can be supplied at an affordable level across the range of care environments in which the software is used; from learning disability and specialist care facilities with small numbers of service users to larger elderly nursing and residential facilities.
The smallest software licence band is for up to 10 service user records and this is charged at £395 for a single user implementation. Palmtop computers, on-site training, additional software users and an annual software support agreement are priced separately.
Employee management modules
The employee management modules (for example for staff scheduling and timesheet management) are priced separately and pricing details for these can be found in the relevant sections of this website.
Please note:
The software application can operate as a multi-user application on a network
or be web-based.
All prices exclude VAT, packing and shipping.
Employee record numbers are unlimited within any level of care-Log+ module run independently of any Employee Management application.
