Announcing call-Log

easyLog is delighted to announce the launch of call-Log - an exceptional value-for-money managed call logging service that helps you track and record staff visits to outside locations.
When the employee arrives at the location they ring an 0800 freephone number so your customer is not charged for the call. On hearing the answer ringing tone they simply put the telephone down and they do the same again on leaving. The telephone calls are automatically logged with the date and time at which they occured and the number from which they originated. This information is returned to you automatically on-line. As part of the service, easyLog provides a web-based software appplication in which you enter the telephone number and name of the client so that call logs can be identified as to their source.
This is a managed
service so the calls are routed through our call centre and randomly a number of the calls from your staff are answered
by our operators. Your employee will then be asked their name, location and to verify one out of 3 or 4 pieces of information such
as a PIN number, mother's maiden name, favourite place, etc. that have been previously logged. This information will have been provided
by you in an on-line database and therefore can be updated quickly to reflect changes in personnel. The answers given by the employee
are logged and reported to you on an agreed basis.
call-Log can be operated on a standalone basis and simply provide an instant timesheet management service. Alternatively it can pass the visit records into one of our staff scheduling software applications. This will provide instant verification that a visit is actually taking place and flag any non-attendance so that a manager can quickly take action and advise the client of when an employee will be with them.
