e-Log+S is a complete staff scheduling, attendance monitoring and payroll analysis system. It allows a roster to be created from both
regular and ad hoc shifts and highlights where under or over coverage exists. The software can be supplied with a variety of electronic
attendance recording hardware. With this in place it automatically compares the clockings from staff against the roster and details
where discrepancies exist so that hours can be disallowed or confirmed for payment. Multiple hourly pay and bonus schemes together
with lump sum payments and salaried staff can all be incorporated for analysis within a single location or across a group. Payroll
output can then be automatically transferred into a payroll software package if required. The software also contains a personnel module
as described for the e-Log+ product.
This product offers completely automated roster creation. It looks at the staff numbers required through the same coverage profile
technique as described above, the details of when staff 'can' and 'can't' work and their shift preferences. The software then automatically
generates an off duty roster. This can then be subsequently amended and re-run. Alternatively you can begin the scheduling process
manually and then get the software to fill in the gaps for you.
This module also has the personnel system described in the e-Log+
system and can optionally be incorporated with the payroll analysis functionally of the e-Log+S module.

This product is designed for organisations that hold ‘one-off’ or continuous events. These include conference centres, venues, exhibition
organisers, etc. where a roster is created to reflect the needs of each event (and each day within the event if it lasts for a long
period) and therefore the staff skills mix and location. The product is also suitable for an environment where shift hours may be
fluid to cope with a varying end time of any day such as a theatre, concert hall, night club, etc. The software contains the same
complete payroll analysis module of the e-Log+S module and therefore provides a complete schedule and payroll calculation tool.
