easyLog+S is a complete staff scheduling, attendance monitoring and payroll analysis system. It allows a roster to be created from both regular and ad hoc shifts and highlights where under or over coverage exists. A rota can be viewed by job function, by employees within a job function and by individual employee.
 
The software can be supplied with a variety of electronic attendance recording hardware. With this in place it automatically compares the clockings from staff against the roster and details where discrepancies exist so that hours can be disallowed or confirmed for payment. Multiple hourly pay and bonus schemes together with lump sum payments and salaried staff can all be incorporated for analysis within a single location or across a group. Payroll output can then be automatically transferred into a payroll software package if required. The software also contains a personnel module to record training, previous employment, staff reviews, etc and prompt for key events and reminders in an extensive staff diary.

This module provides the facilities to define 'tasks' that an employee is to perform during any shift. Effectively it provides a detailed sub-rota of activities that are to be actioned across any 15 minute period for any working member of staff on any day. Functions are provided to search for employees with particular skills in the event of any staff absence so that tasks can be re-assigned dynamically. Each employee can be sent or can view their task rota for any day by text message, organisational intranet, etc.
 
The module is suitable for any organisation that require a detailed range of activities to be carried out on any day including tourist attractions (tours, presentations, retail coverage, etc) and libraries (public and back office duties, etc) and event management.

This module is designed for organisations that may recharge or invoice employee time to single or multiple clients. The software enables an organisation to bill clients on a one to one basis for staff time or automatically recharge on a pro-rata basis for multiple staff with multiple clients, for example two staff attending eight clients for two hours can be recharged at 30 minutes to each client. Multiple invoice layouts are held in the system so that the invoicing information needs of individual clients can be accommodated.
 
The module can be integrated with a variety of third party accounting products including Sage, Pegasus and Quickbooks
