The system can also prompt to review the original inspection on a regular defined basis to confirm that the requirement has not changed. Among other things the system can be used to record the following:
1. the areas to be cleaned,
2. the associated area, length or quantity of the item(s),
3. the task(s) to be performed in the area,
4. the standard time in minutes estimated to perform a task of this type,
5. the calculation of the time taken to perform this task in this property based on multiplying point 2 by point 4 above
6. the frequency of the cleaning cycle indicated by a percentage, for example 100 means on every occasion, 25 means cleaned one in four visits, etc
7. the minutes per visit calculated from dividing the result of point 5 above by the entry in point 6

· the total minutes of each visit minus any leaf clearing activities
· the number of visits required per
week
· the hours of cleaning required per week excluding any leaf clearing activities calculated from multiplying the above two items
· the total hours required to leaf clean on any occasion when this service is required.
