Solutions for timesheet and payroll analysis management

e-Log provides a simple solution for recording and monitoring employee attendance. Timesheets can be produced across any date range
with comparison against contracted hours. Additionally, the recorded times can be automatically ‘rounded’ according to rules that
can be defined for each job function (e.g. a clocking at 8.02am could be rounded so that the employee would be paid from either 8am or8.15am) and used to provide a payroll analysis. Sickness, maternity and holiday absence can be recorded per employee on a simple calendar
together with details of any training attendance. The software has been integrated with a variety of attendance recording that allow
staff to automatically record their entry and exit at the workplace and, if implemented, gain access to the premises. Please click

e-Log+ has additional functionality to enable the automated production of payroll analysis information. It does this by comparing
the clockings of each employee against a list of definable shifts. Each shift contains details of when any pay rate is paid within
it (e.g. standard rate from Monday to Friday and weekend rate on Saturday and Sunday, etc). Any period of attendance found to match
a corresponding shift is automatically reported as paid hours at the relevant pay rate. All staff hours outside of the shift times
are identified in an exception summary that allows them to be individually reviewed and then paid or disallowed. Additionally, a public
holidays’ feature enables the dates of any holiday period to be defined and then automatically converts the normal pay rate for the
day to a premium holiday rate. The hours to be paid information can be passed into any third party payroll product for wage calculation.
e-Log+ also contains a personnel module that records previous employment, training, supervision/personnel reviews, sickness absence,
qualifications and inoculations.
