An additional module to our e-Log+S staff scheduling system, easyLog+Se is designed to meet the specific needs of event and function managers. It brings control and efficiency to staff scheduling, budgeting and monitoring across single, multiple or on-going events.
easyLog+Se is ideal for any organisation running single or repeated events, such as exhibition and conference centres, hotels, theatres, sports venues, theme parks and tourist attractions.

easyLog provides a variety of hardware devices and telephone-based call logging options so that, if required, staff attendance can be tracked by the most appropriate method at any venue. This record is automatically compared against the staff schedule so that exceptions are flagged for investigation and authorisation.
Events can be invoiced after authorised hours and other details are passed into an external accounting application. If required, the client can be sent a job sheet for approval of the hours worked before the actual invoice. A charge profile can be defined per client to reflect specific pricing of any labour, services or additional items provided.

easyLog+Se allows the user to define events by customer and by the job function or skills needed on any day and at any time. Staff are organised into one or more job function and can also be defined by location, grade and department to reflect any additional skills and experience. Staff pay rates can be defined at individual or job function level.
Defining the needs of the event automatically calculates a staff hours and cost budget
by multiplying the number of staff needed by the hours that they are required. As
staff are scheduled to work against an event,
a running total is kept to highlight
shortages and over coverage together with performance against budget.

Simple graphical screens show staff available for any period and prompt selection of the most suitable workers. Staff can be assigned to work either standard shifts or hours can be drawn for single or multiple individuals to create a working time to reflect the specific needs of the event for any period. Schedules can then be printed, e-mailed or sent by text to provide full details to each staff member of their hours and job function within each event.

easyLog+Se provides complete drill-down reporting facilities to enable multi level summary and detailed analysis. Consolidated staff costs could therefore be viewed by event, by job function, by venue and by all events across a date and time range. The system could then show details of the staff involved, their scheduled and actual hours and individual pay rates. This detail can be exported into a range of leading payroll software applications.
