The software produces summary and detailed reports for each member of staff and individual location, providing evidence of the time and duration of attendance.
Further reports include the calculation of total and average attendance times across any period by site and employee.
New, flexible terminal (aB-Log and aBr-Log) – this flexible and cost-effective terminal is exclusive to easyLog. It can be battery or mains powered and is suitable for all kinds of site, including places without IT communications infrastructure or even electricity. Clocking records can be downloaded either manually on-site or automatically via Bluetooth or GPRS SIM-card.
When the on-line option is used, the terminal sends the clocking data directly to your easyLog software. This option requires mains electricity and a contract with a mobile phone network.
easyLog has developed two simple and inexpensive solutions for organisations that wish to monitor an external workforce that is visiting a small number of premises – such as a contract cleaner that uses a mix of full- and part-time staff in a contract for a large building. Some of the workers may only be employed for a small number of hours in a week and possibly for just one contract.
To keep overheads down, employees use a low-cost tag to record their visit times at an attendance recording terminal located at the site. easyLog now offers a terminal that can operate off-line, so visit data can be downloaded later, or on-line, so data is submitted immediately in real-time.
