the affordable managed employee visit-logging service
call-Log can be operated on a standalone basis and simply provide an instant timesheet management service. Alternatively it can pass the visit records into one of our staff scheduling software applications. This will provide immediate verification that a visit is actually taking place and flag any non-attendance so that a manager can quickly take action.
If you already have a scheduling application, easyLog will be happy to discuss options for passing the visit records into your existing software.
Each time employees arrive at or leave a location they ring an 0800 freephone number. On hearing the answering ring tone they simply end the call. The telephone calls are automatically logged with the date and time at which they occurred and the number from which they originated. This information is returned to you automatically on-line. As part of the service, easyLog provides a web-based software application in which you enter the telephone number and name of the client so that call logs can be identified.
This is a managed service so the calls are routed through our call centre. A number of the calls are answered at random by our operators, who ask the employee their name, location and to verify one of three or four pieces of information – such as a PIN or mother's maiden name – provided in an on-line database. This information can be updated quickly to reflect changes in personnel and answers given by employees are logged and reported to you on an agreed basis.
