call-Log from easyLog is a reliable, value-for-money, managed call-logging service that helps you track and record visits your cleaners make to outside locations.

how does it work?

Whenever employees arrive at or leave a work destination they ring an 0800 freephone number and, on hearing the answering ring tone, simply put the telephone down. The telephone calls are automatically logged with the date and time and the number from which they originated. This information is returned to you automatically on-line. As part of the service, easyLog provides a web-based software application in which you enter the telephone number and name of the client so that call logs can be identified.

This is a managed service so the calls are routed through our call centre. A number of the calls will be answered at random by our operators, who will ask your employee their name, location and to verify a piece of information, such as a PIN, mother's maiden name or favourite place, from an on-line database. The answers given are logged and reported on an agreed basis.

call-Log can be operated on a standalone basis to provide an instant timesheet management service or visit records can be transferred to one of our staff scheduling software applications. This provides instant verification that a visit is actually taking place and flags any non-attendance so a manager can advise clients quickly when an employee will be with them.
