e-Log+ compares the clockings of each employee against a list of definable shifts and the corresponding pay rates. Any period of attendance matching a shift is automatically reported as paid hours at the relevant rate. Hours outside the shift times are identified in an exception summary so they can be individually reviewed and paid accordingly.
