These products can be mixed and matched as required, making them suitable for a combination of full- and part-time staff cleaning a large building, such as a university or office block, as well as individual cleaners attending a number of separate locations, for example through a domestic cleaning service. Off-line visit recording for multiple staff attending a few locations
An economic option if you have larger numbers of staff – including part-time workers – attending a smaller number of locations. Employees are issued with a low-cost tag which they touch against an off-line, battery-powered attendance recording terminal when they arrive at and leave the site. The attendance record is downloaded to a data transfer tag when convenient and uploaded into the software application via a reader connected to a PC.

Our off-line a-Log system is a reliable and low-cost solution for contractors wishing to record attendance times at various locations that are regularly visited by employees without knowing immediately that they have arrived.
Employees carry a battery-powered handheld unit that they touch against a location identifier on arrival and departure. The attendance record is held in the handheld device until it is downloaded by connecting it to a computer using the cable provided.

aB-Log lets you know instantly that your staff have visited a site, without requiring a connection to a client's computer or telephone system.
Employees are issued with a low-cost tag which they touch against a mains-powered attendance recording terminal when they arrive and leave the site. The terminal uses GPRS technology – like an SMS but cheaper – to transfer the attendance record into the software application.

Advancements in technology mean that we are able to offer a low-cost attendance recording option for mobiles and smartphones with the Android operating system. A small module of our software, or app, is downloaded onto the handset, enabling employees to submit accurate time and location data directly to the main system quickly and easily.
